Thrive 2026 - a call to action
Team member Liam Thatcher writes, “If Thrive 2024 was about unity and 2025 was about vision, then 2026 was about action. Over two days we heard teaching on advancing the kingdom through evangelism and signs and wonders. We also heard seminars equipping us on a range of topics, including discipling Gen-Z, engaging in politics, shaping society, and building missional churches.
“In addition we heard updates on our 2 year goals, a fresh articulation of our cultures, and updates about our current church plants and leadership needs across our family of churches. We were also challenged to move to join in with what God is doing, including responding to his call to move and strengthen our church plants.
“A prophetic thread that came through strongly was an invitation up the mountain, to enjoy time with God in intimacy and adoration. God called us to surrender fully to him and promised a fresh outpouring of anointing, like oil that pours down from his throne upon us. He also reminded us of the authority we carry, and our call to be an apostolic people, sent with the full authority and resources of the sender.”
